Are your peptides third-party tested?
Yes, absolutely. Every single batch undergoes rigorous third-party verification before being released for research use. Samples from each production run are sent to an independent, ISO-accredited analytical laboratory in the USA. Molecular identity is verified via liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (LC-MS), and purity is precisely quantified using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). We also offer endotoxins, sterility (PCR), and heavy metal testing for most batches. We publish the third-party Certificate of Analysis (COA) for every batch so you can independently verify testing data in our COA Library or browse all published lab reports.
Can I change or cancel my order after checkout?

What does lyophilized (freeze-dried) mean?

Do research peptides need cold packs or refrigerated shipping?
No, cold packs are not necessary during transit. Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States and Puerto Rico only. We do not ship internationally, and we do not ship to addresses outside the US.
When do you process orders?
We process and ship Monday through Friday afternoon, excluding holidays. Orders placed after Friday at 12PM PST or on a weekend ship the next business day, which is usually Monday.
How fast will my order arrive?
Orders placed and paid in full before 12:00 PM PST on a business day typically ship the same or following day. Orders placed after that cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Most deliveries arrive within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.

Which carrier will deliver my order?
We ship primarily via UPS, with USPS used for select orders. Your shipping confirmation email shows which carrier is handling your order, along with the tracking number.
When will I receive tracking?
You will receive an immediate order confirmation receipt upon checkout, followed by shipping confirmation emails containing your live tracking number once your parcel is dispatched. You can also view live carrier tracking anytime under the Orders section of your Account.

Do shipping delays affect peptide stability?
No, cold packs are not required. The lyophilization (freeze-drying) process completely removes moisture, locking each compound into an anhydrous solid state that prevents degradation during transit. In this solid form, peptides remain fully stable at ambient temperatures for weeks, meaning standard courier transit times and climate variations will not compromise compound integrity. Upon receipt, simply refrigerate the sealed vials (2°C to 8°C) for standard storage.
Lost, Delayed & Incorrect Deliveries
My tracking says delivered, but I didn’t receive the package.
- Check Delivery Area: First, verify all exterior drop-off areas, reception desks, or building parcel lockers, and check with anyone who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
- Allow 24 Hours: Couriers occasionally mark parcels as “Delivered” shortly before final drop-off. Please allow 24 hours for the carrier to complete the delivery.
- Open a Carrier Inquiry: If the package has not arrived after 24 hours, initiate a trace directly with the carrier:

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. Can you fix it?
